Nós, do laboratório de Genética Estatística da ESALQ, temos atualizado frequentemente os tutoriais do OneMap. Eles estão no meu repositório do github “Cristianetaniguti/onemap”. Instale essa versão do OneMap com:

devtools::install_github(“Cristianetaniguti/onemap”)

Em seguida, acesse as vignettes atualizadas pelos seguintes links:

• How to build a linkage map for inbred-bases populations (F2, RIL and BC)

• How to build a linkage map for outcrossing populations

Atenção: O tutorial esta sendo atualizado em conjunto com o pacote. Antes de seguir suas instruções, verifique se a versão do OneMap instalada é correspondente à do meu repositório. Para outras versões, esses tutoriais provavelmente não funcionarão.

We, from ESALQ’s Statistical Genetics laboratory have frequently updated OneMap tutorials. They are in my github repository “Cristianetaniguti/onemap”. Install this version of OneMap with:

devtools::install_github(“Cristianetaniguti/onemap”)

Then check the updated vignettes accessing the following links :

Warning: The tutorial is being updated together with the package. Before following your instructions, check that the version of OneMap installed is corresponding to my repository. For other versions, these tutorials are unlikely to work.
